There is an explanation for the amount of sexual offences in the military, and it’s not only the reason you might think. There is more to it than just the bullying and victimsation. Something, in my opinion, even more sinister. There is an unspoken need (by the top Brass) to identify those soldiers willing to commit these types of offences. Rape and sexual assault is a weapon of war, and a tool to be used during enhanced interrogations.
