It's hard for us to believe, but in January of 2026, Best of the Left podcast marked its 20th year on the air. It's a pretty big deal! Most independent podcasts do not make it for 10 years, let alone 20. We are in the company of just a few, and we're truly and deeply grateful to still be here, curating the best of politics, news, and culture for you. We owe so much to those early listeners who saw the value in this work and became Members to make sure it could continue, and those who supported us every year after. There are too many to name, but you know who you are: We are forever grateful for your faith in us.

Over the years, the team has grown (Amanda, Deon, Erin, Ben, Lain, Dan, and amazing listener volunteers!) to make the show stronger, we've tried lots of new things, we've launched a YouTube show, and more...and it's all thanks to YOU, our listeners! No matter how long you've been listening, thank you for being on this ride with us. We know times are rather dark right now, but we've been around long enough to see the political tides change multiple times. With that in mind, we are still committed to amplifying a Leftist vision of the future that makes the world better for everyone.
