#801 If you're talking about genitals then you've missed the point (Trans* Rights)

Today I take my second crack at discussing trans* rights. Last time I tried it didn't go over too well so today we find out if I've learned from my mistakes and if others will learn a thing or two about trans* issues.

Thanks for this, Jay! I’m impressed. Even in my limited understanding of Trans* issues, I do know that I’m on the right side of this. I have many Libertarian friends who are like “Why do they need laws protecting them if they’re equal humans as that is the status they are trying to obtain?” That quickly rolls into discussing structural oppression and racial bias in the media and dealing with issues like this with the totally salacious approach (coughPiersMorgancough).

Thank you for this. I’m going to pass this episode along!
